When we came to Riverton looking for a house, we decided to call in at First National. Lee-anne was wonderful. We did not have a lot of time as we only had one day to look around. Within a matter of minutes, she had the  keys of  five houses for us to look at. Lee-anne advised us not to look at too many at one time and she was so right, as it gets a bit confusing if you do. We had constant contact with Lee-anne from looking, to choosing our house. It was very reassuring to know that we were working with a real estate agent who didn't just leave us ill-informed. Near the end of us buying our property we had a hiccup with the valuation. Lee-anne actually came up with scenarios for us, so we could get the problem solved quickly.We recommend First National to anyone wanting to buy a house, as they were wonderful. We even got a welcome basket after we moved in!

I phoned Lee-anne in February enquiring about 63 Towack St. My husband and I went through it just a few days later and loved it and the view was amazing. Nothing to be done, just put in an offer! Lee-anne came to our home in Invercargill with the paperwork then back to Riverton and about an hour later she phoned to say it was ours!The whole experience was a painless one. Lee-anne was very professional at all times and she really was a pleasure to deal with.  Lee-anne arrived the day we got possession with a basket of goodies and wishing us well for our holiday home. We have both referred friends to her already.Can't be happier.

23rd February 2015   I  had the pleasure of meeting Lee-anne , for the first time , in 2012 when I had spent three months living down in Riverton.   I had fallen in love with the area and was looking at property in the area and made contact with her.     Unfortunately I was unable to purchase anything at the time, but Lee-anne was professional and helpful at all times.    In 2014  I decided the time was right to revisit my dream and got in touch with Lee-anne.    After detailing my requirements we had a disscussion, and I told her which properties I was interested in, she was delighted to tell me, they were exactly what she had in mind to show me.    I travelled from Australia and in a short couple of visits, the cottage we both thought suited my needs, turned out to be perfect.    I now own it.   Lee-anne is very intuitive, sensitive and dilligent as a Real Estate sales person, her local knowledge of the area is reassuring and she was able to provide me with everything I needed to satisfy Insurers and Lawyers requests.        It was a stress free and straightforward experience and I would highly, recommend Lee-anne to others, for their next Real Estate experience.                       Georgia Horgan

 

20th February 2015     Lee-anne Frew has been my sales agent through First National Real Estate Riverton. I have been very happy with Lee-anne's services. She has put a lot of effort in to selling my small holiday home, she has had a number of open homes, and has followd up with all potential buyers. As I was mostly away myself, Lee-anne has also kept a guarding eye on my property, and has advised me early if the lawns needed doing or anything else popped up. When I had an issue with water leakage, Lee-anne has not only let me know, but she has also gone out of her way to organise to get it fixed.     Lee-anne has made sure to get me a good price on the house it sold.   I have found Lee-anne a very friendly, bubbly and helpful agent. 30th May 2014      I recently purchased a lovely house in Riverton for my retirement.
